Forest Enterprise Fair Featuring Capture This Moment Photography

Posted on

Capture this Moment PhotographyWe’re now into the final week where previous stall-holders have priority over booking a stall again for the 2015 Forest of Dean Enterprise Fair taking place on 16th November.

In Friday’s blog, we will give details on who to contact and how to book the remaining stands to promote your business to the 150-200 business people expected to attend over the event.

One business which will definitely be there is Kathryn Goddard’s Capture This Moment Photography.

She will be offering attendees the opportunity to get a professional head and shoulders shot. So a great opportunity to get that profile shot for Twitter if you’re a people business; or for your Linkedin profile so people know who you are at networking events; or simply for a post on Facebook, your website or in your printed material.

Who are you?

Business Motivation

1. What did you do before your current business?
I was a housewife and full time mother. Prior to that I worked as an occupational therapist in a large general hospital

2. What made you start your current business?
I have had always loved photography, I very rarely leave home without some form of camera – I often shout stop the car so I can photograph a view!

After receiving a digital camera one year for Christmas I went to night school to study digital photography as all my previous experience had been with film cameras. After photographing friends children with great success I decided to set up my business.

3. What do you most enjoy about your business?
I love meeting people and capturing their emotions. It is a great honour to be asked to photograph a family occasion.

4. If you had a magic wand what would you change about your business?
The amount of admin involved!

Sharing Business Tips

5. Do you have any useful tips or ideas that you could share?
Don’t beat yourself up when you make mistakes (we all do) learn from them. Turn negative experiences into positives.

To capture this moment with Kathryn to get some great photos then come to the Forest Enterprise Fair in November. And at the same time gain more contacts and tips to help your business!
