Conquering Customer Service

Business Brainbox WorkshopConquering Customer Service is the second of our Business Brain Box series for business owners. Customers are the life blood of any business. As a business owner the buck stops with you every time – and sometimes customers service challenges crop up.

In this half day workshop you will learn how to take a ‘customer’s-eye’ view of your business, so that you can design service that attract, retain and create a loyal customer base. Approaches for handling ‘when things go wrong’ will be covered and you will learn how to turn difficult situations around.


Learners must be aged 19 at the start of the course.

How will it be delivered?

The half day Conquering Customer Service workshop will be designed to be highly interactive and to equip you with the skills to implement your learning in your business straight away. The course will be tutored by an experienced business specialist. You will receive feedback throughout the workshop from your tutor who will help you identify how to apply the new skills and knowledge in your business.

Prior knowledge

You need to be planning to run, or currently running your own small business.

What do I need to bring?

In addition to yourself, a pen and notebook would be useful. Course handouts will be provided

Your tutor will be able to advise you of any follow on or suitable courses. Your tutor will be able to suggest other training available locally that could help you progress your skills as a business owner.

What does the course cost?

Each half day workshop costs £18.
